The University has named Joffery Gaymon Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Affairs, effective July 15.
Graymon’s role will be to direct recruitment and admissions processes, financial aid, records and registration and enrollment management, according to a press release.
Gaymon comes to UWF from the University of South Carolina at Beaufort, where she currently serves as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions.
“I am thrilled to join a campus community that is embarking on a pivotal phase,” Gaymon said in the release. “I have spent much of my career helping institutions shape their enrollment strategy and I look forward to continuing that tradition by aiding in positioning UWF as a premier, first-choice institution.”
Gaymon is a graduate of Georgia College & State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a master’s degree in Public Administration. She will complete work on a doctorate in Higher Education Administration at Northeastern University later this year.
