UWF student wins national award

A University of West Florida alumnus was recently recognized with first ever National Student ADDY Award won by a University of West Florida student.
Jarrett Moore, now working for the university as a Marketing and Technology Coordinator, was awarded a silver Student ADDY Award at the 2013 American Advertising Federation National ADDY Awards Gala held in Phoenix on June 8.
Moore won the award for his work on the piece “Vintage Batman Characters,” which he developed in 2012 for a senior graphic design project while working on a communication arts degree.
Moore graduated in May 2012 with a bachelor of arts degree in advertising with a minor in art.
